What is TastyVeg?

TastyVeg is a blog where I tell my lifestyle, in particular about my cooking experience. Lately, I have discovered the pleasure to cook, most of all because I find myself in the recipes I prepare, which are completely vegan. Food is an important element in my everyday life; I like to investigate and discover new meals. The recipes that I share are easy to make, tasty, and adapted to all the members of the family. Everyone should include some plant-based dishes to his feed, to please himself, the animals, and the planet. I hope that you will find inspiration by reading my posts!

Hi! I am Theodora De Pasquale, I am a 22-year-old political science student based in Toulouse. During my spare time, I like to paint, discover new cities, play music, meditate and cook. Lately, I have been following a plant-based diet, and due to it, I found the energy in the foods and in the meals that I prepare; I have been able to take full control over my body and my soul, by being in communion with the nature that surrounds me.
