Ingredients for four people
- 400 grams of water
- 150 grams of chickpea flour
- 50 grams of olive oil
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 tsp of salt
Preparation
In a bowl combine chickpea flour, water, olive oil, rosemary, and salt. Mix and let it sit for three hours.
After this time, pour the mix into a circular baking pan.
Cook for 35 minutes in a convection oven at 180 °C.
Farinata can be kept in the fridge for two days.
