Vegan crumb fusilli

Ingredients for two people
- 150 grams of pasta (the original recipe is prepared with fusilli)
- 50 grams of stale bread
- 2 tbsp of capers
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 1 tsp of pepper
- 1 tsp of chili pepper
Preparation
Heat the oil in a pan and add the capers. After a few minutes, add chopped stale bread, pepper, and chili pepper. In the meantime, cook the pasta and drain it when it is “al dente”. Combine the pasta and the stale bread and let everything cook for two minutes. Garnish with thyme and immediately serve.
Crumb fusilli can be kept in the fridge for two days.
You can flavor your pasta with vegan parmesan.
