Wine ciambelle

"Ciambelle al vino" is a type of biscuit typical of Italy’s region Lazio, in particular of the Castelli Romani area. These biscuits are also called "'mbriachelle" because they are usually eaten while drinking wine ("'mbriaco" means drunk). The recipe is as easy as delicious.
