Arrosticini are a dish typical of Italy's region Abruzzo. They are difficult to recreate in a vegan way, but this recipe will surprise you!

Ingredients for two people
- 250 grams of seitan
- 4 sprigs of rosemary
- 4 tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- A pinch of chili pepper
- 4 skewers
Preparation
First of all, prepare the sauce by combining rosemary, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili pepper. Dice the seitan and let it marinate in the sauce for one hour.
Assemble the skewers with the seitan and cook them in a pan on all their sides. Gradually pour the sauce on the skewers.
Serve warm and garnish with rosemary.
Vegan arrosticini can be kept in the fridge for two days.
