Vegan coleslaw
Coleslaw is a salad made of raw cabbage, it is well-known in the United States. It goes along with plant-based burgers!

Ingredients for two people
- 100 grams of carrot (about 1)
- 500 grams of Savoy cabbage (about ½)
- 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 75 grams of plant-based mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp of mustard
- 1 tsp of salt
- ½ tsp of pepper
Preparation
First of all, slice the carrot and the Savoy cabbage.
Place the vegetables into a bowl with plant-based mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, black pepper, and sugar. Mix well and let it rest for ten minutes.
Serve the coleslaw salad with plant-based burgers and French fries.
Coleslaw can be stored in the fridge for three days.
