Ingredients for four patties
- 240 grams of cooked chickpeas
- 200 grams of carrots (about 2)
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 3 tbsp of breadcrumbs
- 6 leaves of sage
Preparation
Blend in a food processor cooked chickpeas, carrots, olive oil, salt, pepper, sage, and breadcrumbs. Shape the mix into patties. Cook for 35 minutes in a convection oven at 180 °C.
Chickpea and carrot patties can be kept in the fridge for four days.
I suggest you prepare these patties and serve them with burger buns, ketchup, and french fries.
