Vegan lentil and onion patties

Ingredients for four patties
- 240 grams of cooked lentils
- 60 grams of onion (about ½)
- A pinch of pepper
- ½ tsp of salt
- A sprig of rosemary
- 4 tbsp of breadcrumbs
Preparation
Blend in a food processor cooked lentils, onion, pepper, salt, rosemary, and breadcrumbs. Shape the mix into patties.
Cook for 35 minutes in a convection oven at 180 °C.
Lentil and onion patties can be kept in the fridge for four days.
I suggest you prepare these patties and serve them with burger buns, ketchup, and french fries.
