Ingredients for about 35 nuggets

- 800 grams of cauliflower florets

- 100 grams of flour (any kind, I used spelt flour)

- 100 grams of unsweetened non-dairy milk (I suggest oat milk)

- 150 grams of breadcrumb

- 1 tsp of turmeric

- 1 tsp of salt

- 1 tsp of chili pepper

- 1 tsp of pepper

- 1 tsp of dry sage

- 4 tbsp of olive oil

Preparation

First of all, cut the cauliflower and break it into florets. In a bowl mix flour, non-dairy milk, turmeric, salt, chili pepper, pepper, and dry sage.
Dip the cauliflower florets in the mix, then roll them in the breadcrumb. Place them on an oven dish and sprinkle them with olive oil.
Cook for 40 minutes (turn them when they are half cooked) in a convection oven at 180 °C.

Cauliflower nuggets can be kept in the fridge for two days.

These cauliflower nuggets are excellent to taste with ketchup and french fries.
