Vegan galettes with salmon and spreadable cheese

Ingredients for two people
- 8 whole-grain galettes
- 180 grams of vegan spreadable cheese
For the salmon:
- 90 grams carrots (about 1)
- 5 tbsp of water
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- ½ tbsp of sunflower seed oil
- ½ tbsp of of apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp of salt
- ½ tsp of black pepper
Preparation
Start the eve by preparing the vegan salmon.
Peel the carrot and cook it in boiling water. While it is cooking, prepare a marinade by pouring the water, soy sauce, seed oil, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper into a bowl.
Cut the cooked carrot into thin strips lengthwise and soak the slices in the marinade for 24 hours.
The next day, take whole-grain galettes and spread vegan cheese on them.
Add a few slices of vegan salmon and decorate with capers and thyme.
The vegan galettes with spreadable cheese and salmon will keep in the fridge for two days.
