Here is my favorite recipe for making a spreadable cheese without violence, delicious and very soft.

Ingredients for one bowl

- 150 grams of tofu

- 8 tbsp nutritional yeast (or vegan parmesan)

- 4 tbsp water

- 15 grams cashews

- 2 tbsp of olive oil

- 1 tsp of salt

- 1 tsp of pepper

Preparation

Pour the tofu, nutritional yeast, water, cashews, oil, salt, and pepper into a blender.
Blend everything together for about a minute.
Enjoy the spreadable cheese with some bread!

The spreadable cheese can be stored in the fridge for four days.
