Vegan fried chicken strips

Ingredients for four people
- 500 grams of seitan
- 100 grams of flour (I used spelt flour)
- 70 grams of unsweetened vegetable milk (I recommend soy milk)
- 150 grams of breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of pepper
- 1 liter of seed oil
Preparation
Begin by preparing the batter by mixing the flour and vegetable milk. In another bowl pour the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and mix well.
Cut the seitan into slices, dip them into the batter and later coat them in the breadcrumbs.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan. When hot, deep fry for a few minutes.
Serve the vegan chicken strips with baked potatoes.
The fried chicken strips can be stored in the fridge for three days.
