Vegan Cantonese rice

Cantonese rice is a traditional Chinese dish, often served as an accompaniment to main courses. Here is a recipe for preparing it in a vegan version!

Ingredients for four people

- 200 grams of rice

- 50 grams of cooked peas

- 100 grams of scrambled tofu

- 50 grams of vegan ham

- 2 tablespoons sunflower seed oil

- 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

First of all, cook the rice.
Meanwhile, prepare the scrambled tofu and cut the ham into cubes.
Pour the oil into a pan and add the rice, peas, tofu, ham, and salt.
Cook for a few minutes and stir well to let all the ingredients mix.
Serve the Cantonese rice hot.

Cantonese rice can be stored in the fridge for three days.
