Scrambled tofu

Ingredients for one person
- 125 grams of firm tofu
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- 1 tsp of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 2 leaves of basil
- 50 grams of red onion (about ½)
Preparation
First of all press the tofu to eliminate all the liquids it contains, then cut it into small pieces, place them in a bowl and add two tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper, and turmeric.
In the meantime cook in a cooking pan half of an onion and a tablespoon of oil. Add the tofu and mix for a few minutes.
Garnish it with two leaves of basil.
The scrambled tofu can be kept in the fridge for a day.
