Ingredients for one person
- 80 grams of kiwi (about 1)
- 2 tsp of chia seeds
- 70 grams of unsweetened non-dairy milk (I suggest oat milk)
- 1 tbsp of a liquid sweetener, such as agave syrup, maple syrup
Preparation
Blend the kiwi with the use of a food processor. Place the mix in a bowl and add chia seeds, non-dairy milk, and agave syrup. Let it sit for at least an hour so that the seeds will blow up.
Kiwi chia pudding can be kept in the fridge for two days.
To garnish it: I used walnuts and hemp seeds.
