Ingredients for 10 kanelbullar

- 400 grams of flour

- 200 grams of unsweetened non-dairy milk (I suggest oat milk)

- 8 grams of baking powder

- 100 grams of sugar

- 2 tbsp of cinnamon

- 2 tbsp of sunflower oil

- A pinch of salt

Preparation

First of all, dissolve the baking powder into the non-dairy milk. Add to the mixture the flour, half of the sugar, the oil, and salt.
Knead the mixture until you obtain an homogeneous dough.
Let the dough rise for 2 hours.
In the meantime, in a bowl mix the other part of the sugar and the cinnamon.
Roll out the dough keeping a thickness of 5 mm, grease the surface, and spread the other part of the sugar and the cinnamon.
Roll the rectangle from the longest side and cut it into 12 slices.
Dispose the kanelbullar in a baking tin and let them rise for another 2 hours.
Cook for 30 minutes in a static oven at 180 °C.

Kanelbullar can be stored in the fridge for three days.
