Vegan donuts
Donuts are sweet ring-shaped cakes typical of American cuisine.

Ingredients for about 15 donuts
- 200 grams of flour
- 100 grams of water
- 6 grams of brewer’s yeast
- 20 grams of sunflower oil
- A pinch of salt
To decorate:
- 50 grams of walnuts
- 100 grams of dark chocolate
Preparation
First of all, dissolve the brewer's yeast into water.
In a bowl, pour flour, sugar, salt, and water with yeast.
Knead the dough until you obtain a smooth consistency.
Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for at least two hours.
Roll out the dough and shape it into donuts.
Let the donuts rise for one hour.
Cook in a convection oven for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
During this time, melt the chocolate and chop the walnuts.
When they are cooked, dip the donuts into the melted chocolate and decorate with walnuts.
Let it rest until the chocolate solidifies and enjoy.
Donuts can be stored in the fridge for four days.
