Ingredients for 20 croissants

- 500 grams of flour

- 12 grams of baking powder

- 70 grams of sugar

- 150 grams of margarine

- 400 grams of water

- 50 grams of unsweetened non-dairy milk (I suggest oat milk)

- A pinch of salt

Preparation

Make a dough by mixing the water with 100 grams of flour.
Leave to rest for 2 hours. After this time, add the remaining flour, yeast, sugar, margarine and salt to the bowl.
Knead and leave to rise for 6 hours.
At this point, divide the dough into 20 parts and form triangles. Close each triangle giving the typical shape of the croissant.
Let rise for another 30 minutes.
Brush each croissant with a little vegetable milk.
Bake in a ventilated oven for 15 minutes at 180 °C.

Croissants can be kept in the fridge for three days.
