Ingredients for about 35 biscuits

For the biscuits:

- 60 grams of unsweetened non-dairy milk (I suggest oat milk)

- 50 grams of sunflower oil

- 60 grams of raw cane sugar

- 250 grams of flour (I used whole wheat)

- 2 tsp of cinnamon

- 1 tsp of dried ginger

- A pinch of nutmeg

- A pinch of salt

For the decorations:

- 1 tbsp of water

- 3 tbsp of powdered sugar

Preparation

Combine in a bowl flour, non-dairy milk, sunflower oil, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Knead the dough and let it sit in the fridge for an hour. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut it using stencils.
Cook for 15 minutes in a static oven at 180 °C.

These Christmas biscuits can be kept in the fridge for three days.
