Vegan chocolate salami

Ingredients for 6 people
- 180 grams of dark chocolate
- 50 grams of hazelnuts
- 185 grams of vegan cookies
- 40 grams of powdered sugar
- 60 grams of unsweetened non-dairy milk (I suggest oat milk)
- 60 grams of sunflower oil
Preparation
Start by breaking the biscuits into small pieces. In the meantime, melt down the chocolate in bain-marie. Toast the hazelnuts in the oven and powder them in a food processor. Let the chocolate cool and mix it in a bowl with non-dairy milk and oil. Add hazelnuts, powdered sugar, and biscuits. Transfer the mix on parchment paper and give it the shape of the chocolate salami. Place it into the fridge for at least three hours. Sprinkle it with powdered sugar and serve.
Chocolate salami can be kept in the fridge for four days.
