Ingredients for 12 muffins

- 200 grams of unsweetened non-dairy milk (I suggest soy milk)

- 100 grams of sunflower oil

- 200 grams of white flour

- 100 grams of buckwheat flour

- 150 grams of dark chocolate

- 70 grams of sugar

- 16 grams of baking powder

- A pinch of salt


For the frosting:

- 200 grams of unsweetened non-dairy milk (I suggest soy milk)

- 200 grams of dark chocolate

Preparation

In a bowl combine flour, buckwheat flour, sugar, baking powder, non-dairy milk, sunflower oil, and salt. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add it to the other ingredients.
Fill the muffin cups with the batter.
Cook for 35 minutes in a static oven at 180 °C.
In the meantime, prepare the frosting by melting down the chocolate with the non-dairy milk.
Let cool the muffins and cover them with the frosting.

Chocolate muffins can be kept in the fridge for three days.
