Vegan chia pudding
Chia seeds are full of benefits and excellent for your health, I propose to you a recipe that includes these seeds as the main ingredient.

Ingredients for one person
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 175 grams of unsweetened non-dairy milk (I suggest rice milk)
- 1 tsp of a liquid sweetener, such as agave syrup, maple syrup (optional)
Preparation
Place chia seeds in a bowl, then add the non-dairy milk.
Let it sit for at least an hour so that the seeds will blow up.
Chia pudding can be kept in the fridge for three days.
To garnish it: I suggest you a fruit, dried fruits, seeds, jam, or nut butter. I used a banana, hazelnuts, raisins, and hemp seeds.
