Vegan black bean brownies

Ingredients for 15 brownies
- 240 grams of cooked black beans
- 100 grams of dark chocolate
- 80 grams of agave (or maple) syrup
- 30 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 20 grams of almonds
- 1 tbsp of sunflower oil
- ½ tsp of baking soda
Preparation
Mix the black beans with a food processor. Place them into a bowl and add agave syrup, powdered cocoa, sunflower oil, and baking soda. Mix well. In the meantime, melt the chocolate in bain-marie and add it to the other ingredients. Put the mixture into a square baking pan and cook for 25 minutes in a static oven at 180 °C. Let it cool down and cut into squares. Chop the almonds and use them to decorate the brownies.
Black bean brownies can be kept in the fridge for three days.
