Vegan banana, walnut, and chocolate oatmeal
Oatmeal is a nourishing breakfast. It is typical of the Anglo-Saxon culture. Here is a recipe for a tasty and satisfying oatmeal.

Ingredients for one person
- 25 grams of oat flakes
- 50 grams of banana (about ½)
- 180 grams of unsweetened non-dairy milk (I suggest oat milk)
- 20 grams of walnuts
- 1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp of a liquid sweetener, such as agave syrup, maple syrup (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
Smash a banana in a bowl.
Add oat flakes, non-dairy milk, cocoa, and chopped walnuts and cook on low heat for ten minutes.
Oatmeal can be kept in the fridge for two days.
To garnish it: you can use the other half of the banana, chocolate, and walnuts.
