Vegan apple cinnamon oatmeal
Oatmeal is a nourishing breakfast. It is typical of Anglo-Saxon culture. I suggest this one for an autumnal breakfast.

Ingredients for one person
- 180 grams of apple (about 1)
- 25 grams of oat flakes
- 180 grams of unsweetened non-dairy milk (I suggest rice milk)
- ½ tsp of cinnamon
- Water as needed
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp of a liquid sweetener, such as agave syrup, maple syrup (optional)
Preparation
Start by cutting into small pieces ¾ of the apple and cook it with water and cinnamon.
Add non-dairy milk and oat flakes and cook on low heat for ten minutes.
Oatmeal can be stored in the fridge for two days.
To garnish it: cook the remaining ¼ of the apple with cinnamon or and add it to your porridge, with two tablespoons of mixed granola.
