Vegan apple chocolate cake
This is the first vegan recipe I have ever prepared and it has become a tradition to bake this cake with my mother whenever we have the chance to see each other!

Ingredients for six people
- 300 grams of flour
- 16 grams of baking powder
- 250 grams of unsweetened non-dairy milk (I suggest oat milk)
- 50 grams of sugar
- 110 grams of sunflower oil
- 500 grams of apples (about 3)
- 100 grams of dark chocolate
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
In a bowl pour flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Whisk all and add non-dairy milk and sunflower oil.
Give everything a good mix.
Dice the apples and chop the chocolate. Add both the apples and chocolate to the batter.
Place the batter in a baking tray and bake for 45 minutes in a static oven at 175 °C.

This apple chocolate cake can be stored in the fridge for three days.
