- 120 grams of cooked chickpeas
- 200 grams of banana (about 1)
- 1 tbsp of maple or agave syrup

- 40 grams of tahini sauce
Preparation
Place in a food processor chickpeas, banana, maple syrup, cinnamon, and tahini sauce. Blend for a minute.
