Ingredients for four people
- 60 grams of sesame seeds
- 60 grams of tahini sauce
- 10 grams of brown sugar
- 10 grams of agave syrup
Preparation
First of all, toast sesame seeds in a pan for a few minutes.
Pour them in a food processor along with tahini sauce, brown sugar, and agave syrup. Blend everything for a few minutes.
Transfer the mixture into a container and put it in the fridge for at least 10 hours.
Halva can be stored in the fridge for a week.
