Vegetable spring rolls
Spring rolls are a delicious starter typical of China.

Ingredients for four people
- 10 rice wrappers
- 100 grams of carrot (about 1)
- 90 grams of onion (about 1)
- 350 grams of Savoy cabbage (about ¼)
- 4 tbsp of soy sauce
- Sunflower oil as needed
For the dressing:
- 2 tbsp of peanut butter
- 6 tbsp of soy sauce
Preparation
Finely cut the vegetables. Cook in a saucepan the onion and the carrot with soy sauce, afterward add the Savoy cabbage. Once it’s cooked, let the mix cool down.
Quickly wet the rice wrappers and place about two spoons of the vegetable filling. Roll up and fold sides in.
Repeat the process for all your rice wrappers.
Heat a saucepan with sunflower oil and cook the vegetable spring rolls browning them on all sides.
Serve them with a dressing made of peanut butter and soy sauce.
Vegetable spring rolls can be kept in the fridge for two days.
