Ingredients for two people
- 250 grams of unsweetened non-dairy yogurt (I suggest soy yogurt)
- 100 grams of cucumber (about 1)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Preparation
First of all, grate the cucumber and let it release its water. Then, pour in a bowl yogurt, cucumber, smashed garlic, oil, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything well and serve.
Tzatziki can be stored in the fridge for three days.
