Ingredients for four people
- 650 grams of potatoes (about 6)
- 270 grams of carrots (about 3)
- 250 grams of cooked peas
- 180 grams of plant-based mayonnaise
- 50 grams of olives
Preparation
Steam the potatoes and the carrots. Let them cool down and dice them. Cut the olives too. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, carrots, peas, olives, and plant-based mayonnaise. Mix well.
Taste the Russian salad cold.
Russian salad can be kept in the fridge for three days.
