Vegan onigiri
Onigiri is a type of sushi that is eaten as a snack. It consists of a rice ball filled with many ingredients, in this case avocado and tempeh.

Ingredients for 2 onigiri
- 200 grams of rice for sushi
- 30 grams of apple cider vinegar
- ½ leaf of dried seaweed
- 40 grams of avocado (about ⅛)
- 50 grams of tempeh
Preparation
First of all, cook the rice following the instructions on the package.
When the rice is ready, season it with apple cider vinegar and let it cool.
Take the rice and shape it into a ball. Fill it with tempeh and avocado and close the onigiri giving it a triangular shape.
Cut the seaweed into half and use it to wrap the lower part of every onigiri.
Enjoy vegan onigiri with soy sauce.
Vegan onigiri can be stored in the fridge for one day.
