Ingredients for four people

- 100 grams of onion (about 1)

- 100 grams of carrot (about 1)

- 60 grams of potato (about ½)

- 200 grams of chickpea flour

- 400 grams of water

- 1 tsp of baking powder

- 1 tsp of salt

- A pinch of pepper

- 1 tsp of cumin seeds

- 1 tsp of coriander seeds

- 1 tsp of garam masala

- ½ tsp of chili pepper

Preparation

First of all, slice or dice the vegetables.
Boil the carrot and the potato for a few minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the batter by mixing chickpea flour, water, baking powder, salt, pepper, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, garam masala, and chili pepper.
Pass every piece of vegetable into the batter and fry for a few minutes.

Pakora can be stored in the fridge for a few days but I suggest eating it as soon as you prepare it.
