Guacamole is a Mexican sauce made of avocado. Excellent to serve as an appetizer or as a starter.

Ingredients for one bowl
- 300 grams of avocado (about 1)
- ½ tsp of salt
- 2 small tomatoes
- ½ tsp of lemon (or lime) juice
Preparation
Cut the avocado in half without cutting the pit and twist the two halves to separate them.
Extract the pulp of the avocado and finely slice the tomatoes. Unite all the ingredients in a bowl.
Crush all the ingredients until they have the desired consistency. Enjoy with raw vegetables or breadsticks.
Guacamole can be kept in the fridge for two days.
