Ingredients for six people
- 600 grams of tomatoes (about 4)
- 150 grams of bread
- 100 grams of onion (about 1)
- 150 grams of cucumber (about 1)
- 150 grams of bell pepper (about ½)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- ½ tsp of chili pepper
Preparation
First of all, crumble the bread and cut the tomatoes, the onion, the cucumber, and the bell pepper.
Place in a food processor all the ingredients and mix everything for about two minutes.
Serve the gazpacho cold, decorating it with bread croutons and olive oil.
Gazpacho can be stored in the fridge for four days.
