Ingredients for a bowl
- 150 grams of cooked beets (about 1 ½)
- 180 grams of cooked chickpeas
- 1 tbsp of tahini sauce
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tsp of pepper
- 2 tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
Preparation
Place in a food processor chickpeas, beets, tahini sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oil. Blend for a minute.
Beet hummus can be kept in the fridge for four days.
To garnish it: you can use sesame seeds or olive oil.
