Avocado toast
Here is a recipe for a simple and satiating starter, which can be decorated with what you like the most.

Ingredients for two people
- 300 grams of avocado (about 1)
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of pepper
- A pinch of chili pepper
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
Preparation
Cut the avocado in half without cutting the pit and twist the two halves to separate them.
Extract the pulp of the avocado and crush it with a fork. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili pepper.
Toast the slices of bread and spread over them your dip.
Avocado toast can be kept in the fridge for a day.
To garnish it: you can add what you like the most, I usually use flax seeds, sunflower seeds, and pepper.
