Autumn bruschetta

Ingredients for two people
- 100 grams of pumpkin
- 50 grams of onion (about ½)
- 80 grams of plant-based spreadable cheese
- 4 sage leaves
- 2 pieces of bread
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of pepper
Preparation
First of all, chop the onion and dice the pumpkin. Sauté the onion in olive oil. After a few minutes, add the pumpkin to the pan and let everything cook for twenty minutes (you may need to add water).
In the meantime, toast the pieces of bread. Spread the cheese on each slice of bread, then add the cooked pumpkin and the sage.
Autumn bruschetta can be kept in the fridge for two days.
