Vegetable and tofu rice noodles
Rice noodles with vegetables and tofu are one of my favorite Chinese dishes.

Ingredients for two people
- 200 grams of rice noodles
- 200 grams of carrots (about 2)
- 50 grams of onion (about ½)
- 100 grams of Savoy cabbage (about ½)
- 50 grams of tofu
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sunflower oil
Preparation
First, cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package.
Meanwhile, chop the vegetables and cook them in a pan with the seed oil.
After a few minutes, add the crumbled tofu and soy sauce and cook for a few minutes.
When the noodles are cooked, pour them into the pan and stir well to let all the ingredients mix.
Serve the rice noodles hot.
The vegetable and tofu rice noodles can be stored in the fridge for two days.
