Tacos are fried Mexican tortillas filled with meat (in this case plant-based) and vegetables.

Ingredients for 2 tacos

- 2 tortillas

- 350 grams of bell peppers (about 2)

- 100 grams of onion (about 1)

- 50 grams of TVP soya granules

- 2 tbsp of olive oil

- 1 tsp of salt

- A pinch of black pepper

- A pinch of chili pepper

- 350 milliliters of peanut oil

Preparation

First of all, let the TVP granules soak for a few minutes.
In the meantime, slice the bell peppers and onion. Cook them in a pan with olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili pepper.
In another pan, toast the TVP granules for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, warm the oil, by giving them the typical taco shape.
Fill each tortilla with bell peppers and TVP granules.

Tacos can be stored in the fridge for a day.
