Ingredients for 4 croissants
- 4 vegan croissants
- 100 grams of onion (about 1)
- 400 grams of leek (about 1)
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
Preparation
Finely slice the onion and leek. Cook the vegetables in a pan with oil, salt and pepper.
Heat the croissants in a pan and cut them in half.
Stuff them with the cooked vegetables and serve.
The savory croissants can be stored in the fridge for three days.
