Ingredients for two people
1 package of Better Forking:
- 140 grams of maccheroni
- 1 package of plant-based cheese
- 2 tbsp of margarine and olive oil
- 2 tbsp of lupin parmesan or almond ricotta
Preparation
Start by cooking maccheroni in salty water.
Drain the pasta when it is "al dente", add the content of the package from Better Forking and margarine or olive oil.
Mix well and flavor it with lupin parmesan or almond ricotta.
Mac & cheese can be stored in the fridge for two days.
