Vegan goulash
Goulash is a very spicy and delicious Hungarian stew. Here is the recipe to prepare it but vegan.

Ingredients for two people
- 250 grams of seitan
- 300 grams of tomato sauce
- 100 grams of onion (about 1)
- 300 grams of potatoes (about 3)
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 1 tsp of cumin
- A pinch of pepper
- A pinch of chili pepper
Preparation
First of all, dice the potatoes and steam them. In the meantime, cut the onion and sauté it in a pan with olive oil. Add to the pan the tomato sauce, spices, cooked potatoes, and diced seitan. Cover with water and let cook for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
Vegan goulash can be kept in the fridge for two days.
