Ingredients for 2 chimichangas

- 2 tortillas

- 50 grams of TVP soya granules

- 200 grams of tomato sauce

- 300 grams of potatoes (about 3)

- 100 grams of cooked beans

- 2 tbsp of olive oil

- 1 tsp of salt

- A pinch of black pepper

- A pinch of chili pepper

Preparation

First of all, let the TVP granules soak in water for a few minutes.
In the meantime, dice the potatoes and smash the beans.
Pour the tomato sauce into a pan and add TVP granules, potatoes, oil, salt, pepper, and chili pepper. Cover with water and let cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
Fill the tortillas with beans and TVP granules with potatoes and tomato sauce.

Chimichanga can be stored in the fridge for a day.
