Ingredients for two people
- 6 dehydrated soy steaks
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 grams of onion
- 350 grams of tomato sauce
- 5 grams of oregano
- 2 tsp of capers
- 1 tsp of salt
- 2 tsp of olive oil
- A pinch of pepper
Preparation
Rehydrate the soy steaks in water for 10 minutes, then drain them. Add them to a pan with olive oil and garlic. After a few minutes, take off the garlic and add sliced onion, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano, and capers. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
Soy steak pizzaiola can be kept in the fridge for two days.
