Pasta with tomato sauce 2.0
Here is one of my favorite recipes for making a tasty pasta dish!

Ingredients for four people
- 300 grams of pasta
- 200 grams of tomato sauce
- 100 grams of onion (about 1)
- 100 grams of smoked tofu
- 15 grams of olives
- 15 grams of capers
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- ½ tsp of black pepper
- ½ tsp of chili pepper
Preparation
First of all, dice the smoked tofu and slice the onion, pour the oil into a frying pan and cook them.
After a few minutes, add tomato sauce, olives, capers, salt, black pepper and chili pepper to the pan and cook on a low flame.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta, leaving it “al dente”.
Add the pasta to the pan along with a few tablespoons of cooking water. Cook for a few minutes and serve.
Pasta with tomato sauce 2.0 can be stored in the fridge for two days.
