Ingredients for four people
- 300 grams of pasta (I used spaghetti)
- 300 grams of fresh peas
- 100 grams of onion (about 1)
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 1 tsp of pepper
Preparation
Slice the onion and fry it in a pan. Add the peas, cover with salty water and let it cook for twenty minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta and drain it when it is “al dente”. Blend half of the peas and combine everything with the pasta. Cook for a couple of minutes.
Pasta with peas can be kept in the fridge for two days.
You can flavor your pasta with vegan parmesan.
