Ingredients for two people
- 400 grams of potatoes (about 5)
- 6 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 1 tsp of smoked paprika
- 1 tsp of thyme
Preparation
First, clean the potatoes and carve them with regular cuts but without cutting all the way through.
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and sprinkle them with oil, salt, paprika and thyme.
Bake for 40 minutes in a static oven at 200 °C.
Hasselback potatoes can be stored in the fridge for three days.
