Ingredients for two people
- 400 grams of plant-based minced meat
- 250 grams of tomato sauce
- 250 grams of bell pepper (about 1)
- 100 grams of onion (about 1)
- 200 grams of cooked beans
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- ½ tsp of pepper
- ½ tsp of chili pepper
- ½ tsp of sugar
Preparation
First of all, slice the vegetables and fry them in a pot with olive oil.
When the vegetables are cooked, add minced meat, salt, pepper, chili pepper, and sugar.
After a few minutes, pour in the tomato sauce.
Let cook on low heat for 30 minutes, then add beans and let cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve the chili warm with a tortilla.
Chili can be stored in the fridge for two days.
