Ingredients for 2 baguettes

- 50 milliliters of sourdough

- 500 grams of flour

- 2 tbsp of salt

- 350 milliliters of water

Preparation

Place the sourdough starter in a warm place the night before.
The next day, dilute the mother yeast in warm water, then add the flour and knead.
Let rise for 30 minutes, then knead again.
Let rise another 2 hours, kneading the dough every 30 minutes (so 4 times in all).
Shape the dough to give the shape of two baguettes; let rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake in a ventilated oven for 25 minutes at 200 °C.

Baguette can be stored in the fridge for three days.
